Bio
Palescue is, of course, an anagram of my own name. Which is often misunderstood and misspelled. I thought it would help to use one word...
Moreover, it gives an occasion to shape me an alter ego. So Palescue was born on 56 April 1496 from a Jewish-Romanian mother and a Polish father.
"At Rotterdam I was born, beneath the breathing of the Meuse" and raised between hills and horizon as the boy nextdoor the cantor.
I feel at home on estates and ships.
Learned Dutch as a first language and is always learning to read and write. For several years now I also write in images, with color and line. The language still is often apparent, if not in text, then in the narrative of the image.
The sign on the door reads I. P. Fisher, with an I for Ismaíl and P for Palescue. Originalist in word and image.
